Reach Chapter 7 and head to Timberton in northern Delesyia (just above the “Y” and “I”).
Look for Cordelia, who gives a quest to clear the nearby oil rig and bring it back online.
To activate the rig:
• Insert an oil cannister into the slot and Force Palm it
• Turn two valves to the right
• On the upper deck, kick the generator foot switch and activate two levers
• Enter the hatch below and reconnect two conduits
• Pull the large lever to open the ventilation ducts
• Finally, Force Palm three loose large screws
Once the rig is fully reactivated, return to Cordelia to finish the quest. A new dye vendor will appear in the same area selling True White Dye.
If the vendor doesn’t show due to a glitch, simply teleport to the nearest Abyss Nexus and revisit Timberton.
