​Crimson Desert’s latest update officially activates the Re‑Blockade system, giving players full control over how often enemy factions retake liberated strongholds. According to the patch notes, re‑blockades now occur based on specific conditions and can be customized through three frequency modes:

👉 Stable — Re‑blockades will never occur.
👉 Conflict (Default) — Re‑blockades occur intermittently.
👉 War — Re‑blockades occur frequently.

Re‑blockades can trigger after loading screens, saving and loading, or sleeping, and currently involve 13 factions across 23 forts and quarries. Pearl Abyss notes that this is the first foundational version of the system, with plans to expand participating factions, increase difficulty, and refine the overall Liberation/Re‑Blockade loop in future patches.

This update directly addresses player feedback about the world feeling less active after liberation, restoring combat opportunities and making the continent feel more dynamic and reactive.
