Although he no longer works at Ubisoft, Michel Ancel seems to be aware of certain projects in development. In fact, the father of Rayman recently discussed the famous remake that has been the subject of much speculation for some time.
In an interview with RetroGamer magazine, Ancel describes the title as an "HD" project with *"a few more checkpoints and things like that just to make it a bit less frustrating.”
*"Even though it's complex, I think there's a kind of remake planned [...] I think it's a nice move, because that's the only point that could be a problem for non-skilled players. But yeah, I think it's still a very nice game. "
Michel Ancel says, however, that he doesn't remember all the details about this project. Remember that Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition was rated in Australia last month.
