Players take on the role of RJ Edwards, a bank clerk trapped inside the Imperial Ottoman Bank as a leprosy-like outbreak turns citizens into relentless undead. The game emphasizes scarce ammo, manual reloads, no HUD or map, and environmental storytelling through notes and objects. Real historical locations such as Yerebatan Cistern and Sirkeci Station are reimagined in an alternate history nightmare.
